Every job is unique; therefore, each is quoted separately. Quotes are based on the level of editing required, the type of document, the author’s level of English, word count and turnaround time.
Turnaround times depend on word count, the required level of editing and my workload. For 10, 000 words please allow at least six days for substantive editing, four days for copyediting and three days for proofreading. You can request a faster turnaround, but it will cost more and it may not fit with my schedule. To avoid disappointment, I encourage you to make queries and request a quote early.

The following are rough estimates of cost for 1000 words:
- White Level Styling or proofreading—$70 to $90
- Gold Level Styling or copyediting—$90 to $120
- Black Level Styling or substantive editing—$120 to $200
Writing jobs are quoted between $1.50 and $2.00 per word.
